This Privacy Policy explains how Punpic collects, uses, and shares information when you use our Service.

Information we collect 1.1 Account data Email address Authentication data (to manage login sessions) Profile information you choose to provide (e.g., display name) 1.2 Usage and technical data Basic usage events (e.g., pages used, feature interactions) Device and browser information IP address (typically used for security, abuse prevention, and diagnostics) Logs needed to operate and secure the Service 1.3 Payments Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full payment card numbers. We may receive limited payment-related information such as payment status, amount, currency, and transaction identifiers. 1.4 Content you upload and generate Images you upload to perform a transformation Generated outputs associated with your account history (so you can access/download them)
How we use information We use information to: Provide and operate the Service (authentication, image processing, history) Process payments and manage Tokens Prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access Maintain reliability (debugging, monitoring, performance) Communicate service-related updates (e.g., important account or payment notices)
AI processing and sharing with providers To generate images, Punpic sends necessary inputs (such as your template selection, prompt data, and uploaded image) to AI/API providers that perform the transformation. We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your uploaded images with third parties except: the AI/API providers required to generate your requested output, infrastructure providers required to host and operate the Service, Stripe for payment processing, legal authorities if required by law.
Storage and retention Uploaded images: Punpic is designed to avoid retaining your uploaded source photos beyond what is required to process your request. If temporary storage is required for processing, reliability, or security, it is limited and not used for advertising. Generated results: Generated images may be stored in your account so you can view/download them. You can delete them from your account where the Service provides that option. Logs: We retain logs and security records for as long as reasonably necessary for operations, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.
Cookies and analytics 5.1 Essential cookies Punpic uses only essential cookies/session technologies needed for login and core functionality. 5.2 Google Analytics (GA4) We use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID: G-9GDS3XG0CE) for website analytics and usage measurement. Recipient: Google Ireland Limited and, where applicable, Google LLC (USA) as the provider of Google Analytics Third country transfer: Data may be transferred to third countries (e.g., USA). Google uses appropriate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses) where required Additional information: You can also use browser add-ons or settings to prevent tracking Purpose: To understand how visitors use our Service, improve user experience, and measure feature adoption Legal basis: Consent (analytics cookies are only loaded after you accept them via our cookie banner) Data collected: Page views, session duration, approximate location (country/region), device and browser type, interaction events IP anonymization: We have enabled IP anonymization, so your full IP address is not stored Retention: Analytics data is retained according to Google's standard retention policies How to withdraw consent: You can change your cookie preferences at any time via the "Cookie Settings" link in the footer. If you decline analytics cookies, Google Analytics will not be loaded. We may also use Lovable Cloud and related infrastructure tooling for hosting, logging, and performance monitoring.
Security We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data (e.g., encryption in transit). No system is 100% secure.
Your choices and rights Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to: access, correct, or delete your information, request a copy of certain data, object to or restrict certain processing. You can also update profile details within the Service. For requests, contact support@punpic.com.
Children's privacy The Service is not intended for children. Do not use the Service if you are not legally eligible in your jurisdiction.
International use Punpic may process information on servers located in various countries. By using the Service, you understand that your data may be transferred and processed outside your country of residence.
Changes to this policy We may update this Privacy Policy. The "Effective date" indicates the latest revision.
