Refund Policy

Digital Goods All tokens purchased on Punpic are digital goods. Once a token has been used to generate or edit an image, it is considered consumed and is non-refundable.
Token Packages (One-Time Purchases) Unused tokens may be eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase if no tokens from the package have been used. If any tokens from a purchased package have been used, the entire package is non-refundable. Premium Subscription You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your Premium benefits remain active until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide partial refunds for unused days within a billing period. If you cancel within 48 hours of your first subscription payment and have not used any subscription tokens, you may request a full refund. When We Do Issue Refunds We may issue a refund at our discretion if:
A technical error on our platform prevented you from using your tokens You were charged multiple times due to a payment processing error Your account was compromised and unauthorized purchases were made How to Request a Refund Contact us at support@punpic.com with:
Your account email Date of purchase Reason for the refund request We aim to respond within 3 business days.
EU Customers In accordance with EU consumer protection law, you acknowledge that digital content delivery begins immediately upon purchase and you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal once tokens have been used.
